MTD user consoles always comprise of a MTD display with LTC reader and serial interface RS485 as well as a corresponding keypad. MTD display's and keypad's may be combined together into a user console, or the keypad may be connected via a cable to the display (operational display). MTD user consoles are easy to operate. Their flexibility and wide variety of functions are realized through three installation levels:
Access rights: It is possible to define for every operational unit which times can be accessed, only displayed, or not available at all.

TCU 1RU
Function selection: There are many functions available for the assignment of the function keys of the operational unit. For eg. counter up; counter down; simultaneous operation of counter down, up and final time, offset versus real time, offset versus LTC, difference versus real time, difference versus LTC or simultaneous operation of several timers.
Time display The following functions may be selected for every time: 8 different time formats; leading zeroes ON/OFF; leading zeroes at zero transition ON/OFF; overflow at DOWN ON/OFF; flashing in case of negative times ON/OFF; separation by colon or decimal point.
The installation may be changed whenever required
