FAQ		VITC lines

The message was:
We need to know exactly how the VITC must to be inserted on video tapes. In what lines and so on.

With the default settings, the PCL-PCI reads VITC from any line of the vertical blanking, that is with PAL line 6 to 22. The first valid line is accepted. Additionally the PCL-PCI automatically detects the white level of the VITC, so it should read any VITC. You may change this behavior by calling pclVitcSetup(), to read VITC only from a selected range of lines or only 2 lines at all.
